建设用地需求优先度评价——以温州市为例

[摘 要]　　 目前，建设用地指标的逐级分配主要基于定性分析，缺乏定量依据。本文将主成分分析与两维图论聚类分析有机结合，建立了建设用地需求优先度的评价方法，并将其应用于温州市建设用地发展规划中，取得了良好的实际效果。

Evaluation for Demand Priority of Construction Land
——A Case Study of Wenzhou City

Abstract: Lacking of quantitative evidence is a common problem with present construction land quantity distribution， which is often based on qualitative analysis. This paper established the evaluation method for demand priority of construction land by combining principal component analysis and 2-D graphics cluster analysis. Its application to the development planning of construction land in Wenzhou， achieved fruitful results.
