【摘要】 二十一世纪，以数字技术、网络技术与文化产业相融合而产生的数字媒体产业在世界各地高速成长，作为现代信息服务业的一个重要方向正影响和改变着人们的生活方式和观念。数字媒体产业集群提升当地的经济发展、带动技术创新、知识更新以及相关产业的进步，成为各国十分重视的新的经济增长点，对于提升竞争优势具有重要意义。本文使用系统论方法通过分析国外成熟的数字媒体产业集群的系统内部要素、结构和外部环境，为促进本地数字媒体产业集群发展，塑造有利环境提供理论支撑。第一部分引入系统概念和系统方法，阐述产业集群的系统整体性、关联性以及开放性特征，概述数字媒体产业集群的系统性特征。数字媒体产业集群的系统性特征包括数字媒体产业集群的整体性特征(经济效益、品牌效应以及技术革新效应)、关联性特征(系统要素的相互作用和相互影响)以及开放性特征(政府政策、文化、地理环境等外部环境对集群系统的影响)。第二部分是本文的重点论证章节，先介绍了国外数字媒体产业集群的发展概况，通过系统论分析了国外数字媒体产业集群区别与传统产业集群的特有系统性特征：以中小企业为主的数字媒体产业集群具有系统的整体性特征；供给驱动型的数字媒体产业通过集群实现系... 还原
【Abstract】 In 21st century, multimedia industry is developing fast, based on digital technology, internet technology and culture industry. As a part of modern information service industry, multimedia industry is having effect on people’s live fashion and thinking. Multimedia industrial clusters advance local economic, innovate technology, upgrade knowledge and develop correlation industries. So many nations focus on the new economical style.With the systematical approach, the thesis analysis foreign multimedia industrial clusters about the factors, structures and the environments. And it provides the theory support for developing local multimedia industrial cluster.In the first part of the thesis, the theory of the system is introduced and the systematical characteristics of the industry cluster is elaborated as integrity, relationship and opening. Then the systematic characteristics of multimedia industrial cluster is set forth, which also includes three parts: the first is integrity about the benefit of economic, brand and technology innovation; the second is relationship about the system’s factors and the third is opening environment about government policy, culture and geography. As the core of the thesis, the second part pictures the survey of foreign multimedia industrial clusters and research on the particular systematical characteristics of foreign multimedia industrial clusters. The multimedia industrial clusters which compose of small-sized enterprises have systematic integrity. The supply-driving multimedia industrial clusters have systematic relationship. The multimedia industrial clusters have systematic opening through government and social support.The third part points out that there is a developing multimedia industrial cluster in Shanghai through survey on Shanghai. Then SWOT is used to compare the advantages and the disadvantages of multimedia industrial cluster in Shanghai. The purpose is to set out the suggestions on optimizing multimedia industrial cluster in Shanghai.The innovations of the thesis are research on foreign multimedia industrial cluster with the systematic approach and summarizing the systematic characteristics of foreign multimedia industrial clusters for promoting local multimedia industrial cluster.
